Friendship among different families

"When the exchange was finished,  I was very sad because it was one of my best weeks ever so I said to my mum to go last summer with them to Liverpool and we passed a great time with my “English familly”. We had dinner in their garden (see photo) Like we went to Liverpool 2 years before, they went to San Sebastian to spend a week. It was very sunny and we also  passed a great time (see photo). We did many activities."

"The last weekend of September I met with my English friend-exchange in Barcelona. He and his family were taking a holiday in Salou. They came by bus with a lot of guiris. My family and me we waited for them in the center of Barcelona. When they arrived, we went to have breakfast. After that we went to look at the football club Barcelona´s stadium. There we enjoyed and we took some pictures, as you can see here. After that we saw the tourism part of Barcelona. After being hours walking, we went to a restaurant located in La Ramblas. When we finished eating, we went to the bus stop because Archie (my English friend) and his family have to return to Salou."

Presentation

This  blog, made by st udents from Santa María la Real - Hermanos Maristas (Sarriguren, Spain) and students from St. Mary of the Angels (Ellesmere Port, UK), shows the final product and evidence from a 3 years long European project called "Digital Skills for All!". Thanks to a partership between both schoo ls and thanks  to th e E uropean Program Erasmus+ that provided with  a grant for both, students from  these two schools participated in an exchange program; learning, not only the culture of a different country, but also some tips to be safe on the Internet. The project, which duration was three years from october 2017 to september 2020, was possible because it was funded by the European Union. The reader can surf through this blog to know what students shared and learnt during their experience.
